Across Our Network
Fasten.it has been connecting fastener and fixing distributors around the 
world for over two decades. As a dedicated online trading platform for 
the fastener and fixing industry, it enables companies to promote their 
stock, find new suppliers and customers, and strengthen international 
trade relationships. Since becoming part of the BearingNet family in 
2023, Fasten.it has continued to grow as a specialist network designed 
specifically for the needs of the fastener industry.
While our platform operates online, we firmly believe that real industry 
strength comes from combining digital tools with genuine, face-to-
face relationships. That belief is something we have successfully 
demonstrated through BearingNet, our parent company.
A key part of that growth has come through active involvement in  
industry associations. Over the years, joining associations has enabled 
us to meet members in person, build trust, and strengthen our brand 
presence in our industry. Events and conferences provide invaluable 
opportunities to understand industry challenges, exchange ideas, and 
reinforce long-term partnerships.
We are now taking the same approach with Fasten.it.
We are pleased to announce that Fasten.it has joined BIAFD (British & 
Irish Association of Fastener Distributors), and we will be attending our 
first BIAFD event this April. For us, this is an important step in further 
strengthening our connection with the fastener community.
Our objective is clear: to meet members, build relationships, and promote 
who we are and what we do. Just as we have experienced within the 
bearing industry with BearingNet, association involvement allows us 
to engage directly with companies, understand market developments, 
and demonstrate how Fasten.it supports business growth. Whether it 
is helping members increase visibility, expand their trading network, 
or identify new opportunities, our aim is always to add value to our 
members’ businesses.
Joining BIAFD is not simply about attendance, it is about participation. 
We are committed to becoming active members of the association, 
contributing to discussions, and supporting the wider fastener and fixing 
community. Strong industries are built on collaboration, and associations 
play a vital role in bringing businesses together with a shared purpose.
For Fasten.it users, this represents another way we are investing in the 
industry and strengthening the network you are part of. By raising our 
profile within associations such as BIAFD, we increased brand awareness 
of the platform and, in turn, create more potential connections and trading 
opportunities for our members.
We are very much looking forward to attending the BIAFD event in April
