Driving Sustainable Innovation in
Split Pins Manufacturing
Dell’Era Giuseppe Srl expands renewable energy and advances integrated quality,
environmental, and safety certifications.
With more than a century of experience in
the production of high-quality split pins,
Dell’Era Giuseppe Srl is reinforcing its
position as a reliable global partner while
actively contributing to environmental
responsibility and workplace safety.
A major step in Dell’Era Giuseppe Srl’s
sustainability strategy is the adoption of
renewable energy solutions.
The company has already installed
photovoltaic panels across part of
its facility’s rooftop, generating clean
electricity to support manufacturing
operations. This initiative helps reduce
carbon emissions and improves overall
energy efficiency.
The company also plans to expand its
photovoltaic system in the coming years,
gradually installing panels until the entire
roof surface is covered.
This investment reflects a long-term
commitment to reducing environmental
impact while ensuring stable and efficient
energy supply.
At the same time, Dell’Era Giuseppe Srl
continues to strengthen its management
systems to meet international
standards. After achieving ISO 9001
certification in 2022, confirming its
strong focus on quality, the company
is now working toward implementing
an integrated management system in
2026. This system will also include ISO
14001 certification for environmental
management and ISO 45001 certification
for occupational health and safety.
These sustainability and certification
initiatives support Dell’Era Giuseppe Srl’s
core expertise in manufacturing split pins.
For more than a century, the company
has produced split pins in various sizes,
materials, finishes, and packaging
configurations, offering fully customised
solutions for their customers.
Through flexible production processes,
technical expertise, and efficient logistics,
Dell’Era Giuseppe Srl ensures fast and
reliable deliveries worldwide.
By combining manufacturing excellence
with sustainable development, Dell’Era
Giuseppe Srl continues to strengthen its
role as a forward-looking and responsible
global supplier.
