collaborative environment.
“As an online platform, we 
understand the importance 
of digital connection, but we 
also believe that face-to-face 
relationships remain essential,” 
Federica explains.
Meeting in person helps strengthen 
existing partnerships, build new 
connections and create opportunities that 
are often difficult to replicate online.
The first edition was received with great 
enthusiasm by those who attended, which 
gave us a strong foundation to build on. 
Our aim now is to encourage even more 
companies to take part and experience the 
benefits for themselves. The long-standing 
success of BearingNet’s User Meetings, 
which regularly bring together hundreds of 
industry professionals, demonstrates just 
how valuable these events can become for 
the wider community.
Federica has played a fundamental role 
in developing the platform alongside her 
fellow Italian friend and Sales Executive, 
Vera Scaccabarozzi, since BearingNet 
acquired Fasten.it in December 2023. 
Working in the Sales Team, Federica 
travels to global events around the world, 
meeting new faces and catching up with 
old ones. Her knowledge is key to the 
success of the platform.
