BearingNet’s 23rd User Meeting, held in Warsaw, Poland, was, if we do say so ourselves, our best event yet.
With 567 attendees representing 222 companies from across the globe, it finished off with a live band, lots
of dancing, and a celebratory feel.
Returning to Warsaw after eight years and welcoming over 150 more attendees than our previous User
Meeting in the city, it’s incredible to see how these meetings continue to grow year after year. Poland’s
vibrant capital proved to be the perfect host city yet again.
The Warsaw User Meeting highlighted the importance of bringing the global bearing community together
face-to-face. Events like these create invaluable opportunities for members to share ideas, have
conversations in person rather than over email, and build new connections from all over the world.
Seeing companies from across five continents gathered under one roof to network was great. We
all know that nothing compares to the impact of a face-to-face conversation and these events have
brought the BearingNet platform to life in a way that only an in-person meeting can.
The event was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, located just a 30-minute drive from Warsaw’s
beautiful and historic Old Town. The meeting space covered 2,000 m² and featured over
170 tables and 19 stands. The venue accommodated 1,031 planned meetings between 567
attendees. The event also included a Welcome Reception, buffet lunches, and a Farewell Dinner
with some fun games including foosball and pool. To round off the event, a live band performed
a selection of nostalgic throwback songs that got many members up dancing before the evening
continued with a DJ into the early hours of the morning, a fantastic end to three days

of networking.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to all our members for your continued support. Your
enthusiasm and commitment are what make these events so special.
We are already looking forward to seeing you in Rio (and if you can’t make it, we’ll hopefully
see you in Salou)!
