Get ready for a User Meeting like no other, in a perfect 
Mediterranean setting. 
PortAventura World, a unique amusement park in Salou, Spain, hosting 
the perfect business and event space for the BearingNet community. 
BearingNet will be taking over the entire Hotel PortAventura, a replica of a charming fishing village with 
streets surrounded by lakes, waterfalls, and lush vegetation. All 500 rooms have been reserved for User Meeting 
attendees. The 25th User Meeting is expected to reach between 500 and 600 attendees, potentially making it the 
biggest one yet!
The User Meeting hotel has direct access to the theme park, which means after the all-important networking with 
hundreds of global companies, you can spend your free time thrill-seeking on the various rollercoasters, or simply 
soaking up the sun.

Hotel PortAventura is located a short 14-minute drive away from Reus international airport and one hour away from 
Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport. To make it as easy as possible for attendees, BearingNet will be running a 
free airport shuttle to transfer guests from Barcelona-El Prat Airport.
