Tecma Drive: Engineering Innovation

Drive family continues to grow and develop within the industry, celebrating important 
milestones along the way.
Located in Barcelona, Spain, Tecma Drive 
focuses on rotation and transmission 
solutions for applications with specific 
requirements in terms of load, precision, 
space, and operating conditions.
Founded by Marian and Mihaela Baisan in 
2019, the company supports customers 
from the design phase through the entire 
lifecycle, with a small but passionate 
team who engineer customised solutions.
Recently, Tecma Drive strengthened 
its logistics by expanding its facilities, 
increasing stock, and reducing delivery 
times. At the same time, digitalisation has 
advanced with the launch of TecmaTool, 
simplifying the selection of slewing rings, 
alongside a renewed website and an 
upcoming webshop.
Internationally, the company continues 
to grow, with an expanded presence in 
Turkey supported by a dedicated sales 
manager and local technical support. 
Its product range has also grown with 
crossed roller and three-row roller 
slewing rings for high-precision and high-
load applications.
Beyond its industrial activity, Tecma 
Drive remains deeply connected to its 
roots and the people who make up its 
community. Last year, during Halloween, 
the entire Tecma Drive family celebrated 
the company’s 5th anniversary with a 
themed weekend at PortAventura. This 
was a memorable occasion that brought 
employees and their families together, 
strengthening personal bonds and 
reinforcing the sense of belonging. 
This social spirit continued into this 
year, as Tecma Drive proudly became 
a sponsor of F.C. Hortonenc, the local 
football club in its hometown. More 
than just supporting local sports, 
this sponsorship reflects a genuine 
commitment to nurturing relationships, 
sharing values, and fostering the 
connections that unite both inside and 
outside the workplace.
