Movement is Life! 
The Kavial team believes that staying active is the key to 
strength, resilience, and success, in business and in life.
It just so happens that the Kavial team 
work in the bearing industry and are 
involved in sales, monitoring, and 
preventative maintenance. Similar to 
life, bearings spin and turn, fulfilling 
their purpose. And in life, it’s difficult to 
live without movement. You need to be 
strong and healthy, both physically and 
mentally! That’s why their team strives to 
move and spin! Each of them contributes 
some of their free time to sports. During 
the day, they work hard, completing tasks 
and finding optimal solutions for clients, 
and in the evening, they are playing 
badminton or padel with a racket, cycling, 
or even football.
They are not champions; they are 
amateurs and try to enjoy their sport 
without fanaticism! After all, strength 
of spirit, the inner core and vitality that 
allows them to endure the blows of fate, 
overcome stress, and persevere in the 
face of adversity, is what makes 	
them strong.
A bearing’s operation is like a human 
life! A surprisingly accurate metaphor, 
for a bearing’s operation is a miniature 
version of life. It absorbs the blows of fate 
(loads), smooths out friction (conflicts), 
requires resources (lubrication), and, if 
it breaks, brings the entire mechanism 
to a halt (crisis). This is Kavial’s pace. 
Some live a measured and smooth life, 
while others push themselves to the 
limit, constantly accelerating. Life at the 
limit requires higher-quality maintenance 
(health care).
The Kavial team loves sports and nature, 
and whenever possible, they are there in 
rowboats, hiking trails through swamps, in 
the mountains, at tournaments, and so on.
They get out to stay active, and 
sometimes meditation in nature is a great 
break from the hustle and bustle.
Nature, of course, gave the idea of 
rotation, but it was humans who tamed 
friction and made mechanisms run 
smoothly and silently for years!
