Flodraulic Marks a Decade of Growth Across Europe From initial expansion to strategic consolidation, the past decade saw sustained growth, targeted acquisitions and increasing technical capability across European operations. In 2016, Flodraulic took its first step into Europe, beginning a journey that would progressively transform its presence in the region. What started as an important strategic expansion beyond North America has, over the past ten years, grown into a solid and structured European platform. Today, Europe represents a key pillar within Flodraulic’s global operations, shaped by steady growth, focused investment, stronger local capabilities and a clear technological direction. The early stages of expansion centred on establishing local operations and building close relationships with customers. By prioritising proximity and responsiveness, Flodraulic positioned itself as a trusted partner capable of delivering tailored solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors. This approach provided a solid foundation for long-term growth and market penetration. Momentum has continued to build in recent years. During 2025, Flodraulic’s European operations recorded strong growth alongside a phase of strategic consolidation. All three core business areas, Industrial, Mobile and Fluid Conveyance, delivered resilient and sustainable performance, reflecting a balanced organisational structure and the ability to scale operations effectively. A key contributor to this progress has been the combination of organic growth and targeted acquisitions. The acquisition of Ceimu in 2024, followed by the integration of Idrover in 2025, expanded Flodraulic’s engineering and production capabilities. These additions strengthened expertise in industrial applications and enhanced specialist manufacturing capacity for complex hydraulic manifolds used in mobile systems. Customer development has also played a significant role. In 2025 alone, 536 new customers began working with Flodraulic in Europe, highlighting growing confidence in the company’s technical capabilities and service approach. This expansion has been underpinned by continued focus on core disciplines, including hydraulics, electronics and automation, delivered through integrated and scalable systems. People and expertise remain central to this progress. The addition of 32 new professionals during 2025 contributed to a global workforce of more than 860 employees, including over 75 engineers. This ongoing investment in skills supports the delivery of complex engineering solutions and long-term value creation for customers. Alongside operational growth, Flodraulic has invested in infrastructure, cybersecurity and brand development across Europe. Facility upgrades, enhanced digital security aligned with NIS 2 requirements and a coordinated European rebranding programme have strengthened internal capabilities and external visibility. Participation in international exhibitions such as Bauma, SPE Offshore Europe, GIS Expo and Ecomondo has further reinforced the company’s presence on the global stage. After ten years, Flodraulic’s European journey reflects a consistent strategy of combining global capability with local presence, technical expertise with customer focus and growth with responsibility. Looking ahead, the company remains committed to delivering innovative, secure and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe and beyond.
